I have been asked a question, but I do not answer questions on points of procedure. Under the rules and the standing orders, you sit there quietly because you are not allowed to interrupt. They are the standing orders. The Prime Minister has returned to the question. I am listening carefully. The Prime Minister will continue to relate directly her remarks to the question.
