I inform the House that today I personally presented to Her Excellency the Governor-General at Government House the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Amendment Bill 2008 for assent, this being the first bill ready for presentation following the swearing-in of Her Excellency. The Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, was pleased to assent to the bill, which is now act No. 84 of 2008.
