Well, Senator Fisher. Senator Fisher argued that this would not bring anything new to the people involved. We are introducing a system that we believe will be fair for the employee and the employer. We have done this with a significant amount of consultation. We are trying to reduce the number of awards. This is not easy—indeed, Senator Fisher highlighted some of the difficulties—but it will be done, because that is exactly what we said we would do. We said, when we went to the election, that this was our policy. And just like that lady in Spotlight in Coffs Harbour, who voted Labor for the first time in her life, there are many hundreds of thousands more people who did that—and I would like to thank you very much for that, Senator Fisher.
