That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent the private Members' business notice relating to the disallowance of Section 7 of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (Implementing the Technology Investment Roadmap) Regulations 2021 made under the Australian Renewable Energy Agency Act 2011 on 23 July 2021 and presented to the House on 3 August 2021, standing in the name of the Member for Melbourne being called on immediately.
